Terms and Conditions (AGB) for Bachelor Portfolio Mentorship

1. Service Description
The mentorship service offers personalized guidance to help you prepare your portfolio for bachelor program applications.

2. Application and Acceptance
By submitting the application form, you express interest in the mentorship but acceptance is subject to review of your schedule and eligibility. I reserve the right to accept or decline applications.

3. Scheduling and Availability
Mentorship sessions will be arranged based on your provided availability and time zone. You agree to provide accurate availability information.

4. Fees and Payment

  1. Fees
    The fee for the mentorship service is EUR 35.00 per session. Each session has a duration of 60 minutes. All prices are stated in euros (EUR)
  2. Payment Policy
    For online session payment must be received at least 24 hours in advance via Paypal. For in-person sessions payment is due immediately after the lesson. You may pay via cash or Paypal.
  3. Ongoing Payment Schedule
    For online each subsequent mentorship session must be paid no later than 48 hours before the scheduled session.
  4. Non-Payment
    For online if payment is not received by the stated deadline, the session may be postponed or canceled. There is no obligation to provide the session without prior payment.
  5. PayPal Processing
    PayPal acts solely as a payment service provider. The mentorship contract exists exclusively between the mentor and the participant. PayPal’s own terms and conditions apply to the payment process.
  6. Payment Methods
    Any PayPal transaction fees are borne by the mentor

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

6. No-Shows
If the participant fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed and is non-refundable.

7. Cancellation or Rescheduling by the Mentor
If the mentor must cancel or reschedule a session, the participant is entitled to a full rescheduling at no additional cost or a credit toward a future session, according to the participant´s preference.

8. Liability
We provide guidance and advice but do not guarantee admission to any educational institution. We disclaim any liability for outcomes resulting from the mentorship.

9. Termination and Refund Policy
The mentorship agreement may be terminated by either party at any time. Termination does not affect sessions that have already been paid for or scheduled.
Such sessions remain valid and may be attended as agreed. Paid sessions are non-refundable, except in cases where sessions are canceled by the mentor
or where mandatory statutory consumer rights under German law require otherwise.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by German law. Any disputes will be settled in German courts.
